请教大家父母移民的两个公证

想办妈妈过来，在这边递交移民申请。有两个公证不太明白，请教大家。
第一个是亲属关系公证，请问这个公证是不是只要包括我和我妈妈就好了。不需要她的父母，兄弟姐妹吧？
第二个我妈妈离婚了。她是不是需要开两份公证：一个离婚公证，一个未婚公证？

亲属公证是关于你本人的父母还有兄弟姐妹～～另外一个我不太清楚就不乱给意见了！

亲属关系就拿户口簿去公证处就好了
有离婚公证就不需要未婚公证了

亲属公證有兩份：
第一，你的親屬公證，這主要證明你的父母是誰，你有沒有其他兄弟姐妹；
第二，你母親的親屬公證，這要證明你母親的父母及其的兄弟姐妹。

aviator说的让我很疑惑。大部分人都说只需要第一份公证，就是我和我母亲的亲属关系公证。不需要我母亲的父母或者兄弟姐妹的公证。办第二份亲属关系公证很麻烦，母亲的兄弟姐妹多，她的父母也早就退休了，开各种证明信很罗嗦。

从这上面看，我妈妈需要提供她所有的兄弟姐妹和她父母的亲属关系证明。在国内开这个证明超级麻烦的，公证处要求每个出现在公证上的人都要从各自的单位开证明。

我问了周围办过父母团聚的人，他们似乎都没有提供这个亲属关系证明。

只需你妈的档案所在处出具亲属证明，即可去办公证。还需所有出现在公证书中的人员的户口本和身份证。不需所有人的单位开证明。

我的是街道出的證明，加上他們的身份證復印件，并沒有他們單位出示的證明。

这一页上面提到证明，但是只有申请人和子女的关系，并不涉及父母，兄弟姐妹。我想这可能是很多人没有办这种证明也能过关的根本原因。考虑到国情，父母的兄弟姐妹很多，又在不同地方的话，这种公证太难办了。我打算按这个网页上办。有经验的在谈谈吧。

    * evidence of your relationship to your other children
    * evidence of where your other children are living
    * evidence of your sponsorship by attaching to your application a properly completed, signed and witnessed Sponsorship Form for Residence in New Zealand (NZIS 1024) PDF on which your sponsor
          o declares they meet the requirements, and
          o attaches evidence of their immigration status
          o attaches evidence that they and/or their partner meet the minimum income requirement.
