今天申请的房屋保险 有点疑问 谢谢

今天 刚刚申请的保险 national bank的 电话里面说 quote 保险金 一年700左右
结果 账单 过来 以后 变成了  900多  
解释 是  
The levies are amounts charged by the government that must be paid by law.The Fire Service levy is for the NZ Fire Service and the Earthquake levy, where applicable, is paid to the Earthquake Commission to cover natural disasters.
这两样  又多收了 $130 然后 有多要了 100多 GST
问一下 别的 房屋 保险的 quote  也是 这么算的吗？

房子 70w 因为 要 用车库 放货物网上卖 所以 可能 贵一点... 第一次 买房屋保险 没概念
问过 ami 因为 车库放货 他门直接 不接受.............
