here is the my experience, I've booked auckland to Kula lumpra (KL) return flight with jetstar (i like budget airline), depart on 19 April, and yesterday they send me an email saying that its changed to 21 April.
I have already booked my hotel and its non-refundable. So I was pissed off, and called jetstar, basically i ask them to credit me on the two night hotel money that I've spent, but they said no, and told me they can only do two things :
1. give me a flight on 17 of April, but dont pay for my hotel for the two extra night,
2. give me a refund for the flight.
And i said thats totally unacceptable, they screwed up and want me to pay the price, so i asked to speak to their supervisor, and then they put me on hold for 1 hour and still didnt get to their supervisor.
Not at this stage i am super super pissed ! I was in office, so i had to control my language, so I call them again, this time, the customer service rep told me that they will arrange someone to call me within 5 to 7 business days, and that was it.
what can i do ?! if no one call me in the next 5 to 7 business days, i will need to do something serious to jetstar !
Anyone got any ideas on how to sort out these thing ? |
