主要是因為你簽約的那天不是你的bill cycle （DOM)， 那麼你就會有當月（賬單月）的part month charge，然後再下一個賬單月的預付。。我剛剛看了，沒有算錯。如果你下個月沒有超出的話，你就應該是給兩個full access，也就是40一個號碼。。
