i didn't study IT before so have no idea which school will be better. I have however interviewed many graduates in the past and i think the main thing is to actually be passionate about whatever you are studying and do put all your effort into learning whatever that interest you. No matter how good a school is, reality is many of what you learn will be very academic and not relevant to real life day to day requirements. Do your best and start talking to people already working in the industry, and use ur own time to brush up skills/knowledge in areas that are in demand, and you should do fine.
I am someone that have worked in system/network/security support/admin/design/management role for about 15 years. If this is the area you are wanting to pursue in the future, i am more than happy to share what i know over a coffee or something. |
