请教国泰票香港转机回国办登机牌和行李问题

我买了国泰的机票回国在香港转机。奥克兰飞香港那趟是晚上纽航operate的，所以登机牌需要在纽航柜台办理。有几个疑惑想问问大家：1, 纽航现在都是自助办理登机牌，这样的情况怎么可以拿到第二段行程（香港飞回大陆）的登机牌呢？找纽航的工作人员管用么？那个时间点好像没有国泰的工作人员在。。
2、如果拿不到登机牌是不是要在香港机场办理，那我托运的行李也不能到最终目的地了吗？
3. 如果到了香港想入境几小时，当天下午或晚上再搭下一段飞机回国，可以不用取托运行李吗？是不是有个规定是转机24小时内不用取行李？

不知道你的问题解决没有，因为我也是香港转机去成都。托运行李需要在香港取出吗？

我正好今天问了国泰同样问题。
我的理解是可以拿2张登机牌，行李直挂。

官方回答：
The flight you are booked on from Auckland to HK is operated by Air NZ.

So when you check in for this flight , Air NZ will through check your bags to (my city name). They will also issue Boarding Passes for both flights. So on arrival at HK Airport, follow the signs that say “ transfer/transit” , you will pass through a security check and go up an escalator to the departures floor. Check the display boards to see what departure gate the flight to  (my city name) departs from and make sure you are at that gate at least 20 minutes before depart.
If for whatever reason Air NZ was unable to give you a Boarding Pass for the HK – (my city name)flight, that is OK, just go to the Cathay Pacific transfer desk and they will issue the Boarding Pass for you.

我那次飞之前打客服问清楚了，在香港转机24小时之内都不用取行李，两张登机牌我都是在奥克兰机场的纽航自助办理那个机器打印出来的。我也是飞的成都。

谢谢 六月份我已经顺利转机了，不用取行李。
