父母旅游签证上的条件一点看不懂

最近父母的旅游签证刚下来

Upon arrival into New Zealand, a border officer may require you to provide evidence of financial support and/or return/onward travel, when determining if you can be granted entry permission into New Zealand.If the conditions of your visa, as listed above, state otherwise, you may not be required to present this information upon arrival into New Zealand.Please note that your visa is subject to the condition that you comply with:

这一条什么意思，是入境的时候边境官员要你提供资金证明和返程机票吗？ 之前都不需要的，现在这么改变了

有朋友最近有碰到这样情况的吗，指教一下，谢谢

做了，提供了国内银行的bank statement

现在走电子通道没人问，没什么问题，以防万一，订好往返机票，你再签一个financial support statement, 让你父母带着入境就好了，上面附上你的地址和联系方式

我朋友的爸妈最近下签证和我这个condition一样，是不是最近父母签证都是这种条件啊？时间倒是由3年变5年了，但条件不是很好

是的我朋友他爸 入境需要它的返程机票 现在变严格了，打电话问移民局也是这个要求了，入境问了一些问题，问他第一次为啥要呆那么长时间 以后不允许

爸妈过来探亲，办的是5年多年往返，只买了单程机票到CHC，到时会有问题吗？谢谢

同问？多次往返的签证要买往返机票吗？但打电话问过移民局，说多次往返的签证不需要呀，只有单次的签证是需要买往返机票的！
