On-Campus Visa Renewal 居然分peak & non-peak periods

刚收到学校发的email提醒签证的有关事项，如下

Dear Student,
This is to inform you that the On-Campus Visa Renewal Service will resume on 1 June 2007.
Please read the following thoroughly as there have been some changes to the On-Campus visa renewal process.
To have your Student Visa renewed, you need to provide the following:

Medical and Travel Insurance Policy if you do not have the default Student Safe insurance from Massey
University.  See our website for a list of approved plans/policies: http://student-services.massey.ac.nz/massey/students/student-services/international/palmerston/important-info/insurance.cfm  You must have insurance for the entire enrolled period, (16 July to 14 November for Semester Two).                                                         Bank Statement dated at least one day after your tuition fees have been paid. The statement must have your name, current address, show that you have NZ $10,000 living expenses for 1 year or NZ$1,000 living expenses for each month you will be staying in NZ, and must be stamped and signed by the bank. Please note, that we will not accept your visa application unless the bank statement you provide fulfils these requirements. Receipt of tuition, non-tuition and insurance (if applicable) fee payment. Your passport.
• $120 application fee during the month of July, otherwise $100 for non-peak periods.

Come early and avoid the long queues in July and save yourselves $20!
Application forms are available from the brochure stand outside of the International & Migrant Student Support Office.

其实学校为学生服务不是很正常的么？我们留学生交了那么多钱，他们还在变相的加钱

这样的话还不如去移民局办好了
价钱一样贵，存款证明还不用这么麻烦，移民局不查证明是不是学费交后办的

我觉得是不是应该要去移民局问问，看看这个是移民局规定的受费还是学校自己收的啊，如果是学校自己收的我们可以拒绝啊.

这个属于不合理受费，应给也可以和商业委员会投诉吧,个人认为,有时间打个电话问问移民局看看他们怎么说先.

对阿,学生会是不是该去跟学校交流下,还是继续组织PARTY,然后ENROL FEE多收些ASIAn STUDENT ASSOcIATION FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE呢?
