Just be honest.

Tell your agent that you are not happy with the salary. Maybe they can negotiate something for you.

That's true. $25 per hour plus 8% holiday pay=$27 p/h. Let alone you will have sick leaves and Kiwisaver contribution of 2%. If you are on a contractor role, there will be no pay at all when you are sick and no kiwisaver contribution.

Generally speaking the contracting role always has a higher pay than permanent role to compensate the entitlements and uncertainties of the role. Our company also pays higher contracting service but hey, when the contractor became a permanent staff, they always took a pay cut. I guess, even your CFO offer you a permanent role to you, they will not pay your at $30 p/h.

i don't quite get your logic. In theory you should be making more $$ if you get paid $25/hr for a permanent role rather than $30/hr for contracting. You need to take into account sick leaves, annual leave, public holidays etc.

The $$$ difference isn't that much, you should just accept the permanent job offer if it is something that interest you.

告诉你，contract的工作薪水本来就比正常的permanent的高，所以现在开给你的25/H是绝对合理的薪水。我自己也是从Contractor出身的，所以很明白contract和permanent之间的区别。我想你现在的公司就算开给你permanent的offer也未必再给你那么高的时薪了

$25*8 = $200 一天。。不少了哦，，２００＊７　＝　１４００　一周。。。。

还不错咯。。。可能ＡＬＫ是这工资要差点，，，ＣＨＣＨ也算是牛比的了哦。。。

rather than reject , I'd 和这个公司讨论如果他们愿意提供更高的工资。如果他们真的看好你，那就可能给你更高工资，何乐而不为？

If I were you, I would take the permanent position. Because I like to be certain of something.

Not at all..I am still doing the contracting role. When I went for the interview, I was unemployeed.

The co. that I am contracting with cannt give me the permanent position, but the CFO told me there is still opportunity to provide me a permanent position next month, but he cannt guarantee..

The reason I wanna stay in this company is because it is an ATO and better salary. still very risky to lose the job....really hard decision to make...
