that's good. as long as it is realistic. if it was your job then you shud put it on there. The problem we had was that some applicants' "jobs" in china are often in the 100k+ senior roles, for amazingly 3 months or less then come back and work as waiter the following month...it was those ones "stood out" from the rest and went straight into the recycle bin~

和大家说一下学习到的经验：

最好不要在回国放假的时候，通过国内的关系在一些公司做了几天的工作后，回来再CV上面就写了一些很强大的职位，同时有国内的REFEREE来作证你的经历和职位。因为：曾在新西兰很大的广告公司效力过2年，期间有几次因为公司内部运作发生变化需要给我找一个PA来做XMAS的一些工作。收到很多CV是由我，HR，和我的REPORTING MANAGER来决定。

看了好多华人朋友的CV，一周内不下20多份，可是很多上面都在每年的12月到2月的时间里面会在中国XX集团或者“XX责任有限公司”等大型财团做“市场营销经理”，或者“项目主管”，或者“业务顾问”等等头衔。这个心情可以了解，很想找到一份好工作，但是问题就在于你未来的雇主是对你的个人“实际”能力感兴趣，而不是一段新奇的工作经历。大部分这种CV，在这些高职后面就是在新西兰的就业记录，不是waiter就是retail sales。这种CV缺乏说服性，没有持续性。

很多的时候这个是可以有人证明的，但是不要过于表达，不然就会BACK FIRE。掌握好火候，在INTERVIEW谈及到这些问题的时候才会游刃有余，因为你陈述的事实，你在interview时候的反应也就是真实的。

最后题外话：最后在面试无数人之后，我们选择了一个中国小伙子（全公司华人比例小于1%）。原因很简单：第二轮测试后，我们问他你还有什么想问的问题？ 他回答“Just would like to know when can I start?"

Being proactive is all it matters.
