pc support worker 面试

下个星期有个pc support worker 面试，据说要问一些技术上的问题。从来没有经历过这种正式的面试。请有经验的朋友能告诉我他们能问一些什么样的技术上的问题吗？谢谢

- understanding of remote control

it sounds like a desktop support role to me. They will probably expect you to know/ask you some the following:

- PC hardware assembling skill
- basic understanding of Microsoft office
- basic understanding of Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, print server etc
- basic understanding of internet protocols and how they work
- basic understanding of Microsoft client OS (e.g. XP, vista, windows 7 etc)
- basic udnerstanding of printer/print server (HP jet direct, how to change a toner etc?)

just look at other desktop support role currently advertised and it will probably give you some idea what are the usual requirements.

all companies are different, it probably comes down to the role and what sort of business the company is into. Try look up the company['s website to understand what they do and go from there? If you come to my interview i usually expect people to have basic PC/internet/networking undertanding (e.g. explain to me when you send an email to me from your home machine, how does it get to me).
