想问下我已经提出partnership the PR 声请

Immigration给我来了封信让我补充一个叫 photocopy of the original police clearance certifacte letter issued by the public security Bureau or Vice Squan which is less than 6 months old at the time of lodgement.

我已经递交了无犯罪的公正想请教下这个是什么东西？？？？？？
