With the same price (for a crossleased/subdivision property), you can only get a crosslease/subdivision at Mt Roskill (Good part of it), small land big house (about 180m2 floor, 350m2 lot) at albany/pinehill (Newer house), or a smaller full section by howick (good old one), with not so nice schools.
Again I like the area has not only got good school zones, it is very easy access to facilities (walking distance to courtdown and etc), motorway (5min), buses (5min), cafe/food court (in mall), stonefield malls (placemaker, mitre10, bunnings), even very close to Chinese supermarket in panmure.
It's got a lovely nature surrondings like witarura reserve, remuera golfcourse (walking distance too), good air.
very quiet and safe so far, when I walk down the street, people all greeting at eachother (which you don't often see here in Auckland).
Just surprised the property is not over-heated at the area (not encouraging the area to be too hot too, just surprised) |
