我的broker问过银行说,银行是不能贷款了,除非去申请consent,所以大家看见改过的还是小心了。而且好像还有提前去问保险公司,看看保险公司可不可以保这个房子,麻烦啊,想想以后自己再卖房子。

看上个房子,不过车库给成一个房间了。律师说这样银行可能不会贷款,而且说她手里有个客户就这样,改建了银行不给贷款。要settle了,settle不了,现在交罚金。
而且买房条约上也写出来了,因为是拍卖,所以律师说最好和银行确认一下贷款没问题。不过我的broker好像也说可能有问题。大家怎么看?
22.0 The Purchaser acknowledges that they have been made aware that certain aspects of the property, namely the conversion of the
garage into a rumpus with ranchslider, may not comply with the current building code and/or that no Code Compliance Certificate
has been issued in respect of the garage conversion. Accordingly, the Vendor gives no warranty as to the same and as from the date
of this Agreement the Vendor shall be under no obligation to the Purchaser to achieve compliance or procure a Code Compliance
Certificate nor liable for any expense, loss or liability suffered by the Purchaser in relation to such non-compliance and the
Purchaser agrees that they are purchasing the property on an “as is where is” basis. The Vendor warranties contained in clauses 8.1,
8.2 and 8.3 of this agreement shall be read entirely subject to this clause and shall be deemed not to have been breached by the
