还想问一下你发给我的材料里面好像没有提到机票和酒店的预定？你有先出好机票 ...
1. Passport with a validity of at least 3 months subsequent to the foreseen date of departure from any of the countries of the European Union. It must have at least two blank pages and being issued within 10 years prior to the submission of the visa application.
2. valid re-entry permit to country of residence
3. A photocopy of the personal data page and photocopy of the valid New Zealand residency visa.
4. ONE visa application form duly completed. Please, do not forget to include your e-mail address on the visa application form, as this Embassy will communicate via e-mail only.
5. ONE recent (less than six months) passport size colour photograph on a light coloured background. Please do not staple or glue photo to the application form. Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
6. Copy of tickets with confirmed return flights to a country where the applicant has residency or long stay status.
7. if the purpose of your visit is tourism: letter from employer/college including the dates of return to your employment/studies.
8. if the purpose of your visit is business: letter from your company providing details of the nature of your business trip and invitation letter from your business partner in the Schengen area. If your employer confirms responsibility for all costs related to your trip, no further proof of sufficient funds is required.
9. if the purpose of your visit is conference or sports: letter of invitation or registration or letter from sports organisation with details about the competition to take place in Spain.
10. if you wish to visit family or friends: invitation letter from the person you intend to visit. The person who is inviting you must officially formalize the invitation letter at the police station of his/her place of residence and send it to you to be included with your application documents.
11. if the applicant is a minor: parental consent witnessed by a Notary Public and applicant's birth certificate.
12. Travel insurance valid for all the Schengen area which must cover medical and hospital charges, including associated repatriation cost. The sum covered should be a minimum of 30,000 EUROS (around $60,000 NZD).
13. Proof of sufficient funds; i.e., bank statement with applicant's name covering the past 3 months (minimum of 64.53 EUROS per day, per person or equivalent in foreign currency).
14. Accommodation details during the stay in Spain and proof of accommodation (confirmed and paid) or tour receipt and tour itinerary, if applicable. If you have been invited by family or fiends: Invitation letter as stated in point ten.
15. A non refundable visa fee. - children under 6 years free of charge - children between 6 -12 years are entitled to a reduction as well as citizens from certain countries; e.g., Russia and Ukraine.
