如题，宝宝才40多天，刚才鼻子都快喘不上气了，但是又没有鼻屎，有妈妈有办法吗？有没有必要去看家庭医生？

那是什麼原因鼻塞呀? 是因為有鼻涕嗎?

不知道可不可以用吸鼻器把鼻水吸出來

买一瓶生理盐水来喷马上见效如果有鼻涕再吸出来就好了

听说往鼻子里滴母乳也有用

宝宝席梦思下面垫本书，把头抬高一些。
睡前洗澡时把浴室热水开大弄一屋子蒸汽让孩子多在里头待一会。
胸口和后背擦些 baby vicks.脚底也擦一些vicks,好好揉一会，再穿双棉袜子。
鼻子喷些生理盐水再吸一些鼻涕出来。
我们给孩子还买了个vicks vaporizer,睡觉时一直开着。

上面就是我家俩孩子感冒鼻塞时候睡前的routine,感觉这样搞一下孩子会好很多。

我家的也是。问题是断断续续的快一个月了。问gp就说没关系。开的滴鼻子的水一用就哭。也不给吸鼻子。也吸不出来鼻涕。郁闷死。

我家的30多天的时候也是鼻塞. 上网查了方法.就是弄一个热水袋,放在宝宝脚底,记得一定要给宝宝穿上袜子,热水袋也要包上,以防烫着宝宝,基本上宝宝脚脚一踏上热水袋不多会儿,鼻子就通了.

也去看了GP,说是普通的感冒,GP开了一种糖浆,一次1毫升,一天3次,吃了2天就好了.

there is a baby snot sucking equipment sold at all pharmacy. it's the kind where the adult insert a tube into the baby's nose (it is safe) and then suck all the snot (whether you see it or not). It works better than the bulb like the is supposed to do the same thing.

Otherwise take a warm bath/shower with your baby and the steam will help clear up the baby's nose. hope it helps. get well soon!!!

My baby had a cold when he was 8 weeks old, he got better in a day or two and only cried in the first night.

we went to the doctor but the doctor didn't do anyhting, just gave us a bottle of the saline and he said to put 2 drops in each nostril, it does not work at all. a steamy bath works better.
