还是回国吧

哇塞，我卖个房子还得把有史以来修过的东西都给买家出分报告啊？我这房子都100多年了，以前的人没给我出过维修的报告，怎么办？

你买的时候是好的就行了吧？有阳台的房子本来就不能买，新西兰的建筑技术太差，阳台多数都会漏水。

if you discover a problem, why you still buy?

The question is you knowingly know there is an issue and still buying it.

The vendor does not have to disclose and leave it to the Buyer to do their own due diligence.


I will even say further if i were selling an old house i will put in a clause of "selling as is where is basis as seller having not living in this property and acting as a trustee and exclude himself from all warranties if any" thus buyer must rely on its own due diligence.

我们屋检的时候确实有发现问题，但他说他什么都没做过。房子他是一手屋主。但最近builder拆开发现那个地方以前是维修过的。有不一样的木头和写着时间。

无法维权和索赔。前房东不需要告诉你房子哪里有修过有改过，大修大建的lim report里会有叙述，比如换过外墙或加建等，但是需要自己看。或者买房前自己做builders report。
简单地说，前屋主卖房可以一句话不说，全凭买家自己火眼金睛的看。
