SMC审核阶段open visa换essential work visa

请问在申请essential work visa的时候是否需要提交无犯罪记录证明的公证件？附件里面只是说无犯罪记录证明和翻译件，但是之前申请open的时候确实是提交了公证件。

SMC审核当中，雇主已经帮忙打广告了，想一次性拿三年的，但是看到说但凡是SMC审核中的都先给1年的，不知道如果已经打广告这种情况下选择2是不是也还是只给1年的工签？如果是这种情况我选择1，移民局一般都会如何进行调查呐。谢谢

审核中一般过去都是一年，因为过去一年你肯定知道smc的结果了。

你SMC交了吧？交了选二，人不用调查，一个衙门，输入你的client number所有记录都出来了，不要耍小聪明，到时候影响你移民，照实际情况填写。
