Sorry, I am not good in typing Chinese characters.  I am trying to re-stain the interior window frames, but have encountered lotsss of problems.  I used paint stripper to remove the stain, then used Sikkens stain to restain it, however, I think because the frame is Pine wood, it blotched like hell.  What is the steps to re-stain a pine frame?  My research  from the internet tells me that:1) remove polyurethane coating with paint stripper.
2) sanding the surface.
3) use wood conditioner (was told Shellac is cheap and good) to treat the surface to prevent blotching.
4) stain it with Sikkens Cetol HLS stain
5) add another layer of polyurethane coating .

Is that the right procedure to restain pine frame?  What do I need to do to make the colour evenly across the surface.  As the wood had been damaged by moisture, even if I sand it to bare wood, I won't be able to get similar surface condition in the middle and at the corner, what do I need to remedy this?  If I ignore that, I will get two different colours in the middle and in the corner areas.  Your advice is appreciated.
