工签 无犯罪证明

刚毕业，在学校办了工签证 今天移民局给我发了这个 Thank you for submitting your application for a work permit/visa under the Graduate Job Search policy. Immigration New Zealand has requested for a police certificate from New Zealand Police on your behalf, in accordance with policy reference A5.5 Character checks: c. …applicants aged 17 and over applying for temporary entry must obtain a police or similar certificate from: i their country of citizenship, and ii from any country in which they have lived for 5 or more years since attaining the age of 17 years. You are not required to take any further action with regards to the police certificates, as this is an internal procedure. We will wait for the New Zealand Police to issue your New Zealand police certificate to us. 无犯罪证明去怎么办啊？直接去警察局吗？？

我当时是去警察局要的表格，填完后传真或者寄到法院，要等20个工作日才收到。

不过看这个信的意思应该不用了，因为他们已经代表你申请了你在新西兰的无犯罪证明了。

我也是这么觉得，但是就不确认啊

我刚拿到工签，填表前问过移民局的人，他们说移民局会代表你去司法部调你的资料，而你作为申请人应该提交中国的无犯罪记录公证。你不用去警察局或者COURT去拿你的无犯罪证明。
