这个在新西兰应该是所谓的“family trust”吧，打电话问下律师就可以了。不一定是婚前，就是婚后也可以的。就是公证私有财产吧。

一般都是Family Trust,这样财产可以相对应的得到保障,再找个律师咨询下.
