最恶心的是这条:

What happens if the GST increase occurs part way through my invoice time period?
In this case, the IRD ruling will apply which states that the new GST rate of 15% will be charged at the time an invoice is issued. Please note that this means your September usage will be subject to the 15% GST rate if it is invoiced in October. For more information please refer to the IRD website.

你9月份产生的费用一样会被按照15%的GST来算............因为账单都是在10月初issue.
