ITA 信收到了，谁是我的CO？

在收到 ITA e-mail 之前，我在新加坡收到一封信件 - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: SELECTED FOR CONSIDERATION
里面有以下信息：
Your EOI has been forwarded to Bangkok for consideration. You will be contacted when an officer has been assigned to your case.

一周后，发ITA e-mail信给我的那个人是个泰国人，她是我的CO吗？
ITA VIA EMAIL ONLY
Please find attached your Invitation to Apply (ITA) for residence under the Skilled Migrant Policy, Additional Details Form and a letter outlining the requirements.

附件里有 ITA letter:　
Your application should be sent to the INZ Branch in Beijing whose address and phone number appears below:

是要把准备好的材料去新加坡邮局打包裹邮寄到北京吗？

我有问题的话，到底该联系谁啊？

把上面的话读5遍，并注意红字部分就是你第一个问题的答案了！！！

再读5遍这句话，注意红字部分，就知道那个泰国人是不是你的CO了。

至于你的第二问：要和谁联系？我的理解：在你发出申请材料到北京前有问题的，可以继续和泰国人联系；如果你已把申请材料寄到北京了，那就直接和北京方面联系了。
