三年洋人公司CRM Consultant经验，工资大概是多少？

如题，三年洋人公司CRM Consultant经验（安装，实施，开发，技术支持除了销售和售前） 工资大概是多少？
第一家公司干了三年（确切的说两年零11个月） ，公司的几个大项目都是主要的实施人员。
今天收到Salary Review的信，远低于预期...结果果断决定本周五辞职。
想听听大家的声音。 谢谢

恩我这个工作应该不难找，问题是我十月打算回国的，所以就想直接辞了。 还有我们公司合同有Restrain of Trade也比较恶心。 骑驴找马不好弄啊

这位兄台你是做那方面的，最近有关注sharepoint， 因为crm 2011现在能整合sharepoint 2010. 看了你的签名.... sharepoint真的有这么火热吗？

Yes bro , getting calls from recruitment agent pretty every month and some from Australia.But I am not really senior dev and do not want to leave my current company.Coz lots of smart people in the company. SharePoint is not easy to pick up initially as for any products and it is hard to  do SharePoint without Senior dev's help.

For CRM and SharePoint you should really go to AU, NZ market is too small. Fro 3 years I think 70K is reasonable.

I am having a family here.Do not want to go to AU.Plus , SharePoint dev is paid pretty well in New Zealand.And it is very very very hard to find a senior SharePoint dev. e.g. it is the third time I have seen that ASB to hire a senior SharePoint dev within the last 3 months.I guess they could not hire one within the time frame and have to re-advertise for it..

It is in Auckland, that's the only bank that have the IT department in AKL.Last time the agent told me , the base salary is 120k + lots of other benefits

Don't go ASB. They are still using MOSS 2007 and two SP developers have left. They are too picky for developers and the base salary is not that high. I know one person still working there as a junior and he is the only SP developer there.

I guess once you start working as Senior dev , it should not hard to find a job. BTW , I thought the banks have upgraded to SP2010. I guess the reason for SP Dev to leave is because they get much better else where , especially in AU.

Another reason is that they can not upgrade without spending loads of money.

VB.net 和 C# 相似度很高的，看了下你开发的网站，基本功能是达到了，就是对于某些细节并不是考虑的太成熟，用了Jquery, 但没有看到什么HTML5 的东西，SEO, googlemap 都没有进行进一步的整合应用。整体网站loading 比较慢, GZip也没开启。当然，我没有什么别的意思，很中肯的说，能一个人完成是很不容易了。如果单纯想从vb.net 转到 C#, 其实并不是很难（相信你也写了很多JS)
我觉得Pay 当然是很重要，而更重要的是对技术的追求和对推进整个IT行业的理想。互勉，互勉

看你喜欢哪个领域了，搞了一年多dynamic ax，说实话开发上没有啥难度，难度就是实施和安装，发布远程调试这些。一旦入这个行以后想跳出来难些，除非就在CRM,ERP这里来回跳，但是光搞微软的没啥市场啊，现在搞Force的,Oracle的都到处需要人，相比之下MS就没那么旺。。。

工资跟自身的能力和公司的实力挂钩
给楼主举个例子吧, 公司最近找的DYNAMIC GP的Consultant, 一小时是170D.
他们个个都很忙, 所以楼主的时新最少得在34(170*20%=34), 也就是70K

是啊，就像你说的入了这个行就基本难跳出CRM ERP这一块了，不过就MS CRM来看，目前的市场是有的。

我们的rate是187.5啊...而且公司Annual Revenue也有10M AUD+了。
CRM是一部分，我们有自己的ERP产品。
