邻居想让我们签consent

刚买块地 手续还没全下来呢 邻居先寄到了一个表格想让我们签 。 他们是一个建筑开发商 大街上总能看见他们盖的房子在卖或出租。 具体让我们签字的理由好像是 因为他们房子有一部分离我家比较近 好像是规定三米远 但是他们少了65厘米。但是由于他们房子在我家南面 所以不涉及挡光的问题 。但是在这个阶段 我们还没有做出我们的房子的设计。 所以不太确定以后在离着近的地方我们会是什么房间。大家觉得我们应该签同意书么？还有就是律师建议我考虑的就是 以后万一我家设计不合理或许也需要他们签字  还有就是说 即使我们不同意 他们也可以交钱到council 去批 或许也能批下来。

要认真研究一下他们的设计，判断对你的影响，比如采光、噪音、隐私方面。至于“以后万一我家设计不合理或许也需要他们签字”，你要注意的是如果是建筑开发商找你签的Written approval form，那屋主以后会不会给你类似的许可呢？如果你觉得以后有可能找那屋主签字，你可以现在就和他订一个协议。
council 批不批要考虑到对环境的影响，包括对邻居的影响。

如果你们不同意 他们只能改方案 不是交钱到council 就批 。
可以附加条件签字（如果你的房子超过界线，他们也要签字），但必须在他们卖房之前。

i will look at the drawing first. if it is just a little part cutting the HRB lines then it is fine. but if they are building a big living area on their northern part of the land then it will affect you later. As people will put bedrooms on the southern part and living are on the north, access to the outside living court. which means their living are will look directly look at your bedroom. closely. (if they are within 3m and your south wall is 1.2 meter away from boundary, there s only 4m apart. )
