*** Beware of Landlord in Howick ***

Here is the true story to remind the public beware of the landlord at Bradbury Rd,  He is such a blackheart and hateful man i ever met my life.  

We are agreed to pay for $200 for a single double-bed room, and a bond with $300.  but refused to sign for a contract as they are on benefit.  
a couple week later, they put up my rent to $270,  as too much hassle and for some reason to move out, we only have to pay with no choice.  they are so suck and always complained too much power and limited the usage for water and electcity, picking problems.  

Finally, we can't stand anymore and have a big argument,  they kicked us out and that was a raining day and also at night.  They refused to payback our bond, will keep the money for repairing and cleaning up the room.

As we are not on contract, there is nothing we can do about.  im here to shared my experience to those of you who are alone in NZ to keep away from such a  sucking bastard, as we are the kind he like to bully.

I hope one day, he get caught by Work and Income, and City Councill, for working and receiving unemployment benefit, and altering without consent.
