Support Systems Developer

The ideal candidate should havethe following:

• 3     years' commercial experience with Python and Linux
  
• 3     years' experience using RDBMS systems, specifically Oracle, Postgres, and     MSSQL
  
• Able     to install/admin Linux and be comfortable in a Linux shell environment
  
• Experience     with TDD / BDD in an Agile / Continuous integration development     environment
  
• Able     to develop bespoke cost effective solutions
  
• Able     to produce quality technical documentation
  
• Ability     to work collaboratively within and across teams
  
• Being     available for offsite on-call work on a weekly roster basis
  

Database Administrator /Sysadmin

The ideal candidate should havethe following:

• Advanced     skills and experience in both Linux & Windows systems administration
  
• Oracle     database installation and administration
  
• Experience     with other database technologies outside Oracle will also be beneficial     e.g. My SQL, SQL server, Postgres
  
• Experience     in database maintenance activities to ensure databases satisfy 24x7     requirements. E.g. archiving, partitioning, tuning, backup
  
• Minimum     3 years hands on experience working in an IT infrastructure Operations and     Services area
  
• Able     to produce quality technical documentation
  
• Ability     to work collaboratively within and across teams
  
• Being     available for offsite on-call work on a weekly roster basis

好吧。马上去学oracle
不知道从MS SQL2000 迁移到oracle需要多久呢。
话说我当年也是MCDBA，管理维护十多个数据库呢，可惜好久不亲自弄了。。
