新加坡现在还有没有过境签？

请教各位大神
我11月初坐新航回国，中间停留37小时，想在新加坡玩一下
不知道那个96小时过境签还有没有？听说现在是看海关心情放行？我现在拿的是学生签
需不需要提前办旅游签呢？因为就37个小时，如果能有过境签最好了 省得麻烦还要把护照寄去惠灵顿

再说一次 没有这个96小时的签证一说。。。

任何的官方网站 都没有说有这个签证 我打电话去惠灵顿的新加坡大使馆明确说了没有过境签中国护照要签证

If I am transiting through Singapore, do I still need a visa?
Foreigners transiting in Singapore will not require visas if they remain within the transit area of Changi Airport (Terminals 1, 2 and 3) and do not pass through Singapore Immigration.

Sometimes, foreign visitors may be required to pass through Singapore Immigration if their airlines do not have the necessary transfer facilities. In these cases, the foreign visitor should obtain a visa prior to travel, so that he/she will not meet any difficulties while transiting in Singapore. 可以的，往返只能出境一次，如果你回去时候要出境回新西兰时候转机时就不能在新加坡出境了，前一阵刚试过待了三天

2016年11月过境新加坡 亲测96小时过境免签有效！！！！！

好像官方确实没有，最好提前办理签证，因为我拿酒店订单进去过，但也被卡过

Yeahyeah

16年10月回国经过新加坡停留3天入关没问题，出关的时候海关有问了我一句为什么你不申请签证？当时我一头雾水以为他在开玩笑，往返机票应该是可以停留一次的吧

是的 没签证直接在海关拿的过境签
