从猎头公司学到的东西(career planning)

最近对工作不时很满意，所以想看看能不能换个窝，从中学到很多。而且从长远的career planning方面，建议大家无论是否想跳槽，找一找猎头公司都是很有忙助的，他可以给你一个第三方的意见，帮你在你的公司以外找到适合你的工作，到时候走不走就是你的事了。

１在新西兰可能公司在找毕业生的时候自己会找，觉大多数公司在找有经验的人的时候都是通过猎头公司。找到一个负责人的猎头公司，或者说赏识你的猎头公司的很重要，如果连猎头公司这一关也过不了，他自然不会上心给你推销。

2中介的给我cv的建议，你的cv是你的广告，正如对工作的广告一样。是希望能让人对你感兴趣，给你面试的机会。所以在cv里不要把自己的所有信息，都说了你就没有神秘感了，没有面试你的机会了。原话是这样的（You should not write down everything about yourself in your cv ,you only need to put enough content to make people interested in you so that they can either call you up to ask you for more information or give you a interview straight away)个人感觉这个挺难把握的。希望有高手可以给解释下。


3还有一点关于在cv，就是在cv里要陈述事实而不是意味的说自己的好（原话是You should state the fact, be objective not subjective. So you should not say I am excellent at .NET Framework , instead you should say I have a good understanding of .NET Framework)Things like I think or confident
I am suitable for this role should not be in your cv either, remember to stick to the fact and let the HR decide whether you are suitable for this job.


4在陈述工作经验之前，可以写一个skill matrix，这个是给hr看的，一般developer lead或者manager不管你会什么的，他们更多关心的是你做过什么。Skill matrix 要突出job description上所要求的技术。在陈述工作经验的时候，要具体的陈述出你所在的项目，用到了那些技术（不必解释为什么，留着悬念，让他面世你）。


5中介可以根据你的经验给你一个第３方的薪酬意见让你知道在这个业了你值多少钱。

6第一分工作一定要找个好公司，这样跳槽的时候会更容易些，看来除了我cv中的一大堆问题，我的career的第一步走的不错，接下来就看自己能不能卖个好价钱了。最后感谢下 Sead 的sam给我话了４０分钟解释我cv中的种种错误和解答我在career上的一些问题。。

没想那么多，先找找看，找到好的就走人。

很多人讲的 cv 的东西在 nz 基本没用， nz 有几个公司有 hr，有 hr 的公司有几个用 hr 来免试 developer， telecom 这么大都用 development team leader 来免试人， 那些很多讲的 hr 怎样怎样 根本没用。

The only thing I can say is that I trust them , coz they make money by helping corporate employ people in NZ.They got the expertise of this field.I do not ask for them to correcting my cv , instead he asks me to come in and try to know more about me and give me professional advice.
Plus , if you have not tried , you never know it is not going to work. You are just like me before I see them and I am glad I did.
In telecom , the HR will read the cv first and do the short-list and of course the developer lead have to interview people.Even in Microsoft , I believe they can not hire a people for a department without people from the department interview the people.And obviously , I will not work for a company which does not have hr.

我的觉得猎头对于毕业生完全没用,但是多于跳槽的人还是不错的

我跳过4、5间公司 见过的中介没有一打也有半打 但没听过有“神秘感”一说 难道会因为没有“神秘感”而不去面试一个很符合条件的申请人？如果是一间有这样逻辑的公司 我还要考虑一下去不去呢...

一般中介发cv到hr,hr很多都是不看或看个大概其就转给负责面试的人了,只要你能通过中介,剩下就是看你面试的表现了

猎头公司 is not doggy agent , they will not charge you  and they will try their best to sell you to their clients(like help you to write professional cv and carrer planning )They will charge your employer when you have been "sold".
But I do not think 猎头公司 will help you too much ,since they target more experienced people.For you , careerhub is better website to look for jobs.But do try to call them and let them know your current situation see whether they can help you.But as a grad , do not expect too much from them , it is very hard to sell a "Grad"

你刚刚毕业不行，没有经验，估计不会帮你的。。现在有经验的都不好找。。你如果成绩好，去找大公司的　ｇｒａｄｕａｔｅ　ｐｒｏｇｒａｍ．．要不就是很小公司去试试。。

中介很多，你在ｓｅｅｋ上看到就投就好，洋人中介都不像你收费的！

My point is that you can go to any good agent.Find the one who take your application seriously and ask for some advice (normally they will give you a lot if they are interested in you.).It does not have to be Sead , there are loads of good agent out there.It just happens that Sead take my application seriously.
