Sick leave被decline了

明天去"带妈妈看医生"，跟老板申请了2。5小时sick leave.

老板说You been working very hard, just go, don't need to log the sick leave. So I will decline and delete from system now.

老板真好啊！

申请只是一个仪式，因为timesheet上没有job code的，必须申请leave才会在系统里update我用过sick leave.

昨天我拿sick leave了老板也没说什么，text他我头疼不去了，他还回个happy new year哈哈！（他是fiji印度人）

如果果

LZ 有个好老板,还有个好老婆~...

No risk no reward.

Knowledge = less risk

So learn more to reduce risk la

Borrowing money from bank is the normal way to invest these days.


As for the type of property to invest in, decide on what you want, ie cashflow vs capital gains,  or a balance of both.

Work out a 10 year plan, and at the end of 10 years:
1) how much passive income you want from your portfolio
2) what loan to value ratio
3) where you would like your properties be in? auckland central? northshore? west? south? east?

without knowing your circumstances, I suggest you should invest more, starting from your education.

我還請過10天的水痘病假呢，最後老闆給了5天的病假3天的年假！中間是星期天。 後來跳槽走得時候老闆竟然說我沒到六個月應該只有4天的病假，多請了那一天病假是用的明年的。我還得還給他！！
