背考题也要看运气吧，不能尽信考题的，而且很多答案有错误，书和考题结合起来复习会比较好。

阿三特别重视考证，我team里两个阿三，天天忙着考证，工作上的事什么都不懂，就知道叫别人做。
但似乎他们这种升的快。世界本来就不公平。受不了了就不干了。

Obviously Resharper does much more than formatting.
Do not want to fall into argument with you.Personally , I can not program without it.
At least give it try , sure you will love it.

受不了，但是不可以不干。。。现在工作不太好找，又有mortgage在身。。。

我之前写了一个网页采购的系统，里面有比较复杂的signoff approval algorithm，整个系统我写了90%，之后交给这个印度人去写后台的管理员的网页（很简单的事情，就是form submit跟display)，因为后台是他写的，client很多要改的东西都要从他的网页上面改，后来就直接让他support这个系统了，这个系统比较稳定和应付到多变的signoff path，大家都蛮喜欢的，因为写这个系统是两年前的事情了，很多人都不知道这个系统是我写的，所以大家都觉得他很屌，这个我也没关系喇，但是今天有个很小的bug，他就给manager看，manager说不高兴，他就说这不是他写的。。。我靠！

I tried it a couple of years ago, it was a bit annoying when it can't handle large size projects (it showed errors on some type names but the whole project compiles just fine, so to me, it couldn't understand when the object graph gets quite large).
i am not doing much "productional" coding any more, other than prototyping and maybe write up some sample code to show developers certain concepts and stuff ... so no, it won't worth the money for me.

Understanable.
Perfromance issues are getting improved quite a lot since Resharper 4.5.But it does require a lot of memories.But at least ,memory is getting cheaper.
I am luck the company I work for pay for it.

我们部门也有很多印度人，要命的是我们manager也是印度人...

同一部门的晚班，曾经所有人联名写一份报告把一个印度人赶走了，自己什么也不做懒得要死。把所有的工作都给其他人然后自己玩，我们manager也是个笨蛋一个 所以群众忍不了了把他给踢出局了。

所有印度人都挺没礼貌的，无论何manager说在要紧的东西他们就是破门而入然后叽里呱啦的讲印度文。

不过一部分印度人还是不错的。

I am luck the company I work for ...

it wasn't about memory, it was more about how it understands(or mis-understands) my class hierarchy and dependencies and etc ...
anyway, we just decided that we'd better off spending the budget on something else for the development team.

也没啥吧，我一个同事跟大经理一起去学了一个IBM什么BOX的东西，回来之后同事考的比经理高，就这件事大家拿经理开了2个星期的玩笑，同事也没事就出来跟经理开玩笑，时间长了就忘了，其实本来也就是一个玩笑嘛。。。
