父母在NZ旅游，可以顺便在NZ递交移民申请吗?

我个人觉得,妈妈是主申请人或爸爸是主申请人关系不大, 因为他们是有PARTERNESHIP的, 所以是一体的.

I think there is a section on Immgration New zealand website says that the Immgration service shall not hold your passport for more than 3 months whatever you are applying, and generally you can expect to have your passport back within 2-3weeks.

So, you shouldn't have the passport issue.
