Auckland Systems Engineer - Desktop SOE - Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Auckland
We require a Systems Engineer to be responsible for the third level support of the desktop standard operating environment at Air NZ. The successful candidates must have enterprise environment experience dealing with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Altiris, anti-virus, Citrix client and line of business applications.
This is an opportunity to take operational ownership of the standard operating environment, assist to drive the direction of operational desktop management and knowledge share with team members.
You must have the experience detailed above and at least 7 years working as an ICT support engineer.
Level 1 Agent - Auckland - Job Type: Permanent

Our Newmarket based managed services team have a requirement for another Level 1 agent to join them.
To be the successful candidate, you must have experience supporting predominantly Microsoft technology remotely and over the phone and have a relevant industry qualification ie MCP, A + etc. An understanding of working within the ITIL framework is an advantage.

We are looking for an application packager who has strong experience using WISE packaging studio 5+, a high level of skill within Microsoft Installer technology and preferably experience with Altiris for software deployment.
You will have experience working in an enterprise Standard Operating Environment (SOE), be a strong trouble-shooter and have a real eye for the detail. You will also have experience with Windows desktop technologies and some scripting experience.

Level 2 Monitoring Analyst - Job Type: Permanent

Our Newmarket based managed services group has a requirement for a Level 2 Analyst to join our monitoring team, administering and implementing our monitoring toolsets across multiple clients.
You have preferably worked in a MS environment for several years, and have had exposure to the ITIL frameworks. You should have troubleshooting skills, an understanding of networks, experience with Microsoft server environments, and generic knowledge of common technologies used in enterprise IT environments. Relevant industry qualifications are a must, and experience with managing or implementing monitoring systems in heterogeneous environments would be a significant advantage.
This role has technical and administrative components, involving interaction with internal teams and clients. You should have good attention to detail, be adaptable, self-motivated, technically agile, and able to express yourself well verbally and in writing.
