You should say it a bit more clearly mate: home office is another story, it is normally alllowed in residential zone if the scale is very small (not hire more than 1 or 2 staff), don't cause any objectionable noise, fume, vibration, traffic, etc and you actually live there - this is called "Home Occupation" in terms of land use category ...

I was thinking you said you changed the whole residential zoned street into business zone ("那条大街现在是住房改变的商业街了") in 3 days - this is simply not possible.
