Stephen has significant experience providing clients and their counsel privileged consulting and expert services in civil lawsuits and regulatory (e.g. - Securities Commission) investigations.

He also specialises in:

due diligence and fraud investigations
neutral services including purchase price arbitrations involving buyers and sellers of enterprises
