i dunno why those ppl application are DS, coz i look at the immigration processing time, for branch like auckland...it will take within 6 to 8 weeks time. our EOI date is 26 April...the most fast period would be 6 weeks later which is around June!!

Skilled Migrant Category processing times - The Pool draw, which may allocate your Expression of Interest (EOI) to a branch in the Auckland region, occurs every two weeks.
- An Immigration Officer will make an initial assessment of your EOI within 6 to 8 weeks of the Pool draw. Your Immigration Officer will then contact you, either inviting you to apply for residence or requesting further information.
- If you are successful in your EOI you will receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA) pack. Please read the instructions carefully and contact your Immigration Officer if you have any problems.
- Once your residence application has been lodged with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) your application will be given priority. You can it expect to take, on average, between three and six months for a final decision on your application to be made. Processing times largely depend on whether you have supplied your Immigration Officer with everything they have requested in your ITA. Delays can occur if all requested documentation has not been provided.
