Recommend you apply by yourself because some of agent will hide bad news from you and waste of your time
Partnership Evidence such as
1. Share the ownership of any current or non-current assets (e.g.Property, shares, vehicle, term deposit or investment)
2. Tenancy Agreement ( This is strong evidence shows that you and your partner living together base on stable ground, the tendency agreement can download from:
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/settlementpack/Housing/TenancyAgreement/
this is immigration official website)
3. Photos (e.g. with friends, family, relatives or from trips with other people may be they don't know you, this is another important evidence shows that you and your partner's relationship is public not undertable)
4. Bank statement of join account (should at least provide continous statement for more than one year, you don't need to provide month by month but at least you have to show to your CO the account is active and ongoing use by you and your partner)
5. Joint Telecome, Mecury or internet access bill (so when you rent by yourself you encouraged to apply these with you and your partners' name)
6. Parents support letters (from both you and your partners' parents, it will enhence your relationship)
7. Support letters from you and your partner's friends, flatemate or work colleague
8. Any other evidence relate to your relationship such as (life insurances, the hotel invoice of your trip in somewhere else it can be anywhere within NZ or overseas this means whenever you and your partner go for any trip, you may need to keep some invoice from hotel for prepare your application more reliable, any gift for you or your partner)
9. Finally, the sponsor letter (you or your partner who will be the sponsor should prepare the sponsor letter
