I think give birth here is not that bad. I am mum of 1. I have given birth naturely here local in Waitakere hospital. They have pretty good care and service there. All the medical staffs are pretty experienced. Giving birth here is considered normal merternity care. Not medical care. It's quite different from what we used to in China. That's why when the new mum going to give birth in hospital, normally only nurses around to help not the doctor. But if mother having difficulty to giving birth, the doctor will come to help. I am not so sure about the facilities in China. here has quite good facilities for new mum and post care services are pretty good too. That's all from my personal experience. I never given birth in China. So I dont know what's like in China. natural birth is still considered as the best way to do just like breast feeding as it's part of human nature way of breeding next generation. |
