Yan (Ryan) Ji, 已被多次投诉和取消移民顾问牌照 （见首页）。这次又被投诉而且犯下的错误一次比一次严重。

裁决里有两段话这样写：

[95] Mr Ji’s motive for his dishonesty in hiding Mr A’s role in the complainant’s
predicament is apparent. He was not prepared to ‘dob in’ the person providing him with
clients (bearing in mind that the provision of unlicensed advice is a criminal offence).

[97] The 11th head of complaint is upheld. This head better describes Mr Ji’s conduct
than the 10th head, which will be dismissed. I find that Mr Ji deliberately provided false
and misleading information to Immigration NZ and the Authority. He has breached cls 1
(as to the obligation to be honest) and 31(a) of the Code.

对 JI 的裁定 在2019-NZIACDT-49违反了cls 1, 2(e) and 3(c) ，
在2019-NZIACDT-50违反了 cls 1, 2(e), 3(c), and 31(a)
在2020-NZIACDT-43违反了 cls 1, 2(e) and 26(b)
在2021-NZIACDT-25违反了 cls 1, 5, 7(a), 17(a), 17(b), 17(c), 18(b), 19(l), 22 and 31(a)

他应该很难再拿到牌照了。他也应该会在申请其他职业牌照的过程中受到很大的阻力。

Ryan Ji （纪严），牌照已通过之前对他的投诉被取消。

这个是最新的仲裁法庭裁决（https://www.justice.govt.nz/tribunals/immigration/advisers-complaints-disciplinary/iacadt-decisions/?Filter_Jurisdiction=28）

应该的华人中介里最严重的违规者之一。以下是案件总结；

Sanctions / dishonest behaviour / deliberately misled INZ and IAA / conflict of interest / numerous breaches of obligations / Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, s3, s50, s51 / Code of Conduct 2014, cl1, cl5, cl7a, cl17a, cl17b, cl17c, cl18b, cl19l, cl22, cl31a / adviser did not engage with Tribunal until sanctions stage / found to have notice of proceedings / did not accept more serious findings / explanation that behaviour not dishonest, rejected / three previous disciplinary findings, including dishonesty / adviser censured / has not learned from prior appearances, not worthwhile to order training / prevented from reapplying for licence for maximum two years / prevention is sanction of last resort, consumers protection required / supervision not adequate / ordered to refund $1,000 fees / compensation must arise from misconduct / ordered to compensate $1,000 for stress / compensation for complainant’s labour compiling complaint, declined / ordered to pay $5,000 financial penalty

媒体从业人员也是和我们一样的人，我们会在这里顶这种帖子，会为了坏人坏事愤怒，他们媒体从业人员里肯定有人也和我们类似，也有人愿意捅破一些坏事。
但是有些事情背后有些其他的原因，咱们不知道而已。就像我们做好事也不是所有好事我们都愿意做。他们也不是非报不可，毕竟他们没有这个义务。

移民局审判长 从 G D Pearson 换成D J Plunkett 后，对违规惩罚力度减弱了很多很多，也更加考虑被投诉人的主观意见，感兴趣的朋友可以对比下 2018 年以前的审判
