Weekly and monthly zone pass holders can apply for a refund for the 7 days pre-paid travel lost during the recent service disruption.
Zone pass holders will receive a refund for the equivalent monetary value of 8 days travel (7 days travel lost plus 1 bonus day) of the zone pass that was in use prior to 8 October 2009.
How to obtain a refund
Go to www.gorider.co.nz and complete the online refund application form... Customers who are not able to complete the online refund application form can pick up a printed version from any NZ Bus ticket agent from Saturday 17 October.
Applications for refunds must be submitted before 30 November 2009.
