我马上要回国了,还想保留这边的银行信用卡的帐号,要怎们办理呢?还有我可以回国后再把这边帐上的纽币转回我中国的帐号吗?现在没有中国的帐号,不知道怎么把钱转回去!

yes, you can keep the account, but maybe need to pay some fee.
no idea about the 2nd question, you could just go to the bank to ask the chinese staff there.
