如何申请 Medical Waiver, T1类父母移民

今天收到移民官的来信,说家里人体检第2次评估没有通过,不过他们可以考虑让我家人去申请medical waiver.

不知道有没有人申请过medical waiver,有什么要注章的地方了？

以下是移民官说如果要申请的话，我可以提供以下的一些材料



To support for a medical waiver, you may like to provide us with further information about your circumstances. The factors that we will take into account when considering a waiver include:

* the objectives of the Health policy and the objectives of the policy you have applied under,

* the degree to which you would impose a significant costs and/or demands on New Zealand’s health services,

* your family ties in New Zealand,

* whether your potential contribution to New Zealand will be significant
