Well, I guess I am trying to show off, to stand out, to attract some tinny tiny interest, to compete with the hundreds, if not th ounsands, of quality Chinese young males out there, to advertise myself as a Kiwi with Chinese heritage, to tell everyone I am a humorous guy.

yo i reckon the ladies might be a bit put off by the fact that everything is in english. the chinese ones all come equipped with a certain degree of trepidation towards reading english and will try to avoid it as much as possible. akin to the fact that with anything they encounter in nz, they will look for the chinese alternative in search for familiarity. although the post does display your obvious proficiency in english, it does not provide a sense of closure for those looking to find someone they can easily relate to or communicate with
