如题

我在原单位辞职了照理在离开后的一周会收到我辞职前那最后一周的工钱可是没收到

于是我去了原单位索要老板答应第2天打到我帐上可结果2天过去了也没收到

有什么地方可以去反应这种情况吗

今天又去过原单位了
老板说今天给.....希望他说到做到啊......
但对他的人品还是比较怀疑的....

除了拿工资还要拿回你的HOLIDAY PAY,如果是他解雇你的,再要多一个月的工资!!!!

那个传说中的holiday pay我估计是拿不到了

在那里做了3年的老员工和我说

自从他在那里上班以后就再也没见过holiday pay长什么样子了
