1)180g egg yolks 80gsugar
2)200g egg white 120g sugar salt,lemon juice
3)150g soft flour
filling
1/2 orange zest
500g cream
50g cream stabiliser
20g grand Marnier
20g orange juice
method
-Whisk the yolks ans sugar to thick sabayon
-Whisk the whites and sugar (salt, lemon juice) to firm peaks.
-Beat a small amount of sabayon into meringue and continue gently folding the sabayon into the maringue.
-Fold the sifted flour into the above mixture.
-Spread the batter evenly onto a paper lined baking tray using a step palette knife.
-Bake in a hot oven; when baked, remove from the baking tray and turn immediately onto another paper, sprinkled with sugar.
-When cooled, spread the cream filling, roll up and chill in the fridge.

1.mash red bean(boiled), banana and combine with vanilla essence and sugar
2.dissolve baking soda in warm milk
3.combine eggs and oil, add to banana and red bean mixture
4.carefully fold in flour and milk(baking soda added)
5.pour into cake tin and bake for 60mins at 170c oven
