就是用所学到的marketing, law, management accouting的知识来写一个关于你们那个small business的计划书，你可以这样想，假设你想做这个生意，你需要找人投资，现在你就写这个proposal去吸引别人来投资你的small business, 不知道这样说对楼主有无帮助

u just need to use alot of marketin theory to support ur small business and how to run it successfully....and for accountin, u need to perpare a Budgeted Income Statement and for Law mainly u just need to talk abt FTA and CGA or u can also talk abt Partnership Act..^^*!
