! e! ?$ I2 d, F0 o$ ?To increase the maximum custodial sentence for failure to care for, treat or humanely kill an animal from 6 months to 1 year and+ B: M. J- ^+ e$ a! ?! {$ W

& I% [& b5 ~, o+ S' Y* ^; ]+ K7 n+ dTo increase the maximum custodial sentence for willful ill treatment of an animal from 3 yeras to 5 years.
