Can I find some records regarding NZ land value history? I need it for my report. Recent 30 years records will be fine.

I have checked NZ statistic but got nothing. Can someone help me? Cheers.

你可以去 city council 的网站找。比如我家地址是123ALBANY St，在北岸city council 的网站上就能看到我家地和房的评估价。
