This is what you need for EU visa, I am doing this as well, Good luck ^0^
Application form completed and signed
1 recent passport photograph (not scanned or modified)
Valid passport (valid at least three months longer after your return date)
Itinerary from a travel agency with exact dates of travel or confirmed plane ticket. If your are travelling by yacht, please join a letter from the ship’s Captain detailing the itinerary and dates, stating his responsability for the crew members
Evidence of socio-professional situation (pay slip, professional card, work certificate from your employer, student card, certificate of school or university attendance, retirement pension…)
Evidence of annual leave granted from your employer
Evidence of accommodation in the territory (hotel booking, rental agreement, evidence of owner ship or "attestation d’accueil" * (official printed form to attest that you wil be accommodated by friends or family that they must ask at their local city council and send the original to us for it to be stamped. It will be asked at the entry of the territory)
Applicants under 18 travelling either with or without their parents need to provide a letter signed by both parents authorising their child to travel to the French territories. The full name and address of the person in charge of the child during the trip has to be mentioned in the letter
Bank statement or evidence of financial support for the duration of the stay
Certificate of insurance (covering unlimited medical expenses and repatriation for the whole length of the stay)
Pre-paid return courier pack for the return of your passport
