我帮老公申请的partnership的移民，今天收到了移民局的EMAIL，没有告诉怎么在网上注册，只有我老公的application numbefr & client number, 还有一句是：We will contact you if we require additional information.
我到移民网站上看了下，想注册，但弄不太明白，我点击了

进入到了

我又点击了 REGISTER HERE，进入到了

我想请教下大家，在上面的这个选项里面没有配偶移民，那么我可以注册查询我老公的申请进度吗，因为只能注册一次，所以我很小心的，不希望出错，有知道的朋友帮忙解答下吧，万分感谢
